Boston, Concord and Montreal RR. Engine 29 Mt. Washington was built by the Manchester Loco Wks in 1879 she had 17"x24" cyls was a mogul type 44" drivers weighted 39 Tons Weight in drivers 32-7 Tons Boiler Press 140 lbs Tender weight 30 Tons carried 6 Tons of coal 2900 gals of water Between 1884 and 1887 while the Boston & Lowell took control they renumbered her 144 same name. In 1889 when the road consolidated eith the Concord and the road became Concard and Montreal they made this engine the 82 same name in 1895 the B&M took control and she became the 782 no name was scrapped in 1907
